Meg Scotty, Chair of the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA), announces that Emil Hartleb, Executive Director of the CCAA, has indicated his decision to retire as CCAA's Executive Director effective as soon as a replacement is found.

Ms. Scotty indicated, "It is with reluctance that the Council of the CCAA has accepted Emil's retirement. He has served the CCAA, its members and the business credit community well for the years he has served as Executive Director. While it will be difficult to find a replacement, CCAA has begun its search for a new Executive Director."

The Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) is an association of commercial collection agencies that have been CERTIFIED by the Commercial Law League of America. They represent the leaders in the commercial collection or business to business collection industry, handling about sixty-five percent of the commercial accounts placed for collection. The Commercial Law League of America is the nation's oldest creditors' rights organization, founded in 1895.
