Construction industry to directly benefit from Caine & Weiner and BICA's 187 years of combined credit and collection expertise

Woodland Hills, CA--Caine & Weiner, an International provider of accounts receivable management solutions, and the Building Industry Credit Association (BICA) have entered into an alliance partnership. The joint announcement was made by Greg A. Cohen, Caine & Weiner's President & CEO and Andrea V. Parisi, President of BICA.

Caine & Weiner (www.caine-weiner.com), a founding member of the Commercial Collection Agency Association, certified by the Commercial Law League of America, provides a full range of commercial and consumer accounts receivable management services which include first party outsourcing and third party debt resolution services for businesses in every major industry which include many Fortune 500 Companies. Founded in 1930, Caine & Weiner has a national network of full-service collection centers, and through their active partnership with Global Credit Solutions (GCS), maintains a world-wide presence in 80 countries.

BICA (www.bicanet.com), a member supported Association founded in 1903 and headquartered in Los Angeles, serves as a legislative advocate for its members. Member-provided services also include: nationwide preliminary notice preparation and filing services, multiple-states mechanics lien and stop notice filing service, Internet access for credit reporting and recorded construction industry documents, education programs and establishing, maintaining and perfecting lien rights.

The newly established alliance partnership provides BICA members with direct access to a centralized source of a diverse selection of accounts receivable management resources, eliminating the need to seek multiple providers.

"We are extremely pleased to enter into this alliance partnership with BICA," said Cohen. "BICA's members are well served by the partnership of two well-established organizations with combined credit, collection, reporting and industry-specific expertise. We look forward to a longstanding relationship with this highly regarded organization."

"On behalf of Building Industry Credit Association, BICA, we are exceptionally pleased about our newly established alliance partnership with Caine & Weiner," said Andrea V. Parisi, President of BICA.

"BICA member companies work specifically in the construction industry - an industry with its own unique challenges and payment methods. BICA members need an agency that understands the construction industry and one that has a nationwide presence. BICA members need proven services they can rely on. This is why the decision was made to join the Caine & Weiner family. The BICA/Caine & Weiner relationship, together, bringing 187 years of proven credit, collection and reporting, delivers the services and solutions they can depend on.

We are pleased to align ourselves with Caine & Weiner and look forward to a longstanding relationship with this accounts receivable management leader."
