Emil Hartleb has over 40 years experience in the commercial collection industry. He is currently the Executive Director of the Commercial Collection Agency Association of the Commercial Law League of America.

He was the Chief Operatiing Officer of the largest commercial collection agency in the U.S., and also President of Receivable Outsource Management (ROM), an accounts receivable management outsourcing company.

Upon retiring, he was a seminar leader for Dun & Bradstreet Business Education Division (BES) and authored several of BES' courses on accounts receivable management, credit decision making, strategic planning and budgeting.
